Rimgard ONE is our second-generation wheel lock. Unlike traditional locking bolts, this is a locking bolt in the true sense of the word.

With its unique two-step design, this wheel bolt is first tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque, and then secured with our high-security cylinder. The cylinder has been developed in collaboration with ASSA ABLOY to perform within this extremely limited space, without compromising resistance to drilling and picking, or the 66,000 possible key combinations.

Make sure to select your car's make, model, and year before adding to the cart.

Sabotage protection -

From an anti-theft perspective, both our systems provide the same security and peace of mind, but they each have their individual advantages.

Rimgard ONE replaces one wheel bolt but is otherwise almost invisible. You superior protection with no design compromises. And perhaps best of all, it fits all rims.

Our five-armed Original covers all fixings, providing protection against sabotage, which for many can feel like added security. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work optimally with all rims and sometimes doesn’t fit at all.

What if?

Most common questions answered

What if I loose my keys?

Rimgard comes with a set of two keys and a key card. Your keys are the only ones.  The key card contains a unique code that enables you to order a new key, should you need to. To prevent you from losing this code, you can register your code with us. If you do lose both code and keys, we are proud to say you're gonna have a very hard time getting your Rimgards off.

Are there master keys?

NO master keys are made. Locks with master keys can only get certified for three months. After this, the master keys are considered to be too widely spread for the lock to be considered safe.

Can the lock be picked?

Yes, we know. YouTube is full of videos of skilled people picking locks in less than no time. They are impressive to say the least.

Now, remember that these are professional lock pickers. They compete in this field and practice as if for the Super Bowl.

We know they too will have a challenge if we replaced their lighting, work bench, office chair and quiet work place for a curb or a garage.

It is the actual wheel thieves "in the field" we want to stop and our lock is designed for environments with high demands for both security and functionality. It is extremely resistant to manipulation and picking.

Can the lock be drilled?

Remember, thieves want to be swift and discrete. With the right amount of time and tools, anything can be drilled. But drilling takes time and makes noise. It's not a swift and discrete way to steal anything in the middle of a street.
